Based on my own experience and observations,
we have created simple ESSENTIALS sets.
Not to buy “more”, but to
have exactly what makes sense in practice.
The differences between the ESSENTIALS sets are very simple.
In the ESSENTIALS name
the number indicates how many jars of the supplement are included
the “+” signs indicate the number of additional items,
such as throat lozenges or a syringe-shaped pen.
This way, it is clear at a glance what each set contains.
This is the set that, in my opinion, everyone should have at home.
It is designed for the most common scenario
when illness comes suddenly and you wake up already with full symptoms.
The set contains
1 × IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX
6 throat lozenges
1 × syringe-shaped pen
This is the minimum level of security
in case of a cold or flu,
a good choice to start with or as a
permanent part of a home medicine cabinet
I recommend this set to people who want to use the supplement daily
and at the same time keep a separate supply
only for when illness appears.
The set contains:
2 × IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX
6 throat lozenges
1 × syringe-shaped pen
The idea is very simple:
one jar is used for daily supplementation
the second remains untouched and
is reserved only for the moment of infection
This avoids the situation where the supplement
“runs out exactly when it is really needed”
This is the most complete and calm option
This option is for people who prefer to choose their own throat lozenges.
The set contains:
2 × IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX
1 × syringe-shaped pen
It is a good choice for those who want
a seasonal supply of the supplement
or know that rutin and vitamin C work well for them
and do not need a ready-made set with lozenges
The ESSENTIALS 1++
and the 2++ and 2+ sets
are available at our partner shop:
on:
ebay.co.uk
and
amazon.co.uk
There is no single “ideal” set for everyone.
There is, however, a sensible choice depending on your approach.
If you want the absolute minimum for a worst-case scenario
the best choice is 1++
If you want daily support and at the same time a backup only for illness
the most sensible option is 2++
If you prefer to choose your own throat lozenges then
the right choice is 1+ or 2+
Personally, I always suggest sets with two jars of the supplement,
because in practice it is exactly the lack of reserve at a critical moment,
that turns out to be the biggest problem.
