Sweaty Feet?

Shoe Odour?

Here's what works

– proven by experience.

What really helps

– from socks to sprays.

I’ve been dealing with excessive foot sweating and smelly shoes for years.

Here’s what actually works for me

– after trying everything from powders to foot baths:

1. The spray –

 NABOOT Smell Solution

Officially a shoe spray only,

but I use it on my feet too.

It’s made of skin-safe ingredients

– mostly alcohol, glycerin, D-Panthenol

– with no harmful additives.

I spray my feet (up to the ankles) from time to time, especially between the toes.

If you’ve got athlete’s foot or raw skin there

– it might sting a bit at first. In that case: try spraying just next to the area and rubbing it in gently.

Blowing on it helps.I spray my shoes every morning

– feet only a few times a week, unless it’s the beginning.

Then I recommend doing both daily for a few days.

🧴 My tried-and-tested tip:

 NABOOT  Smell Solution

for the gym,pool,

and shared showers

I always carry

a small bottle 50 ml

of NABOOT Smell Solution

– especially when going to the

gym, pool, or hotels,

where you use shared showers

and risk picking up something nasty

like athlete’s foot.

Instead of flip-flops

– or in addition to flip-flops

– I spray my feet thoroughly

up to the ankles

right after showering,

just before putting on socks.

It works like a protective shield.

I’ve never had any surprises

since I started doing this.

🧴 Small NABOOT bottles

are sometimes available in sets

-e.g. 2 large + 1 small,

-or with cotton socks,

but they’re

usually not sold separately

– so it’s worth keeping an eye out for bundle offers.

➡️ My advice?

If you can

– use both flip-flops and NABOOT.

The combination gives you

100% peace of mind.

2. Cotton socks only

Avoid synthetic blends.

100% breathable cotton is key

– it really makes a difference.

I wear our medical-grade socks daily

– soft, durable, and designed to help your skin breathe.

100% cotton socks

– what to know before you buy

Socks made of

pure cotton,

without synthetic blends,

have clear health benefits:

-they let your skin breathe,

-reduce sweating,

-and help prevent fungal issues.

They’re also ideal for people with sensitive skin or diabetes

– especially the thinner ones.

But pure cotton

also has its downsides:

– it’s less elastic and may not hug the foot as tightly

– socks can slip down, especially after washing

– they may lose shape,

fade faster, and wear out sooner

– especially the lightweight types.

I personally use only the ones from

SockeWelt IGMA

–they offer

ultra-thin low-cut socks

perfect for warm days,

as well as

-ultra-thin regular-length

-regular thin and length

all made of 100% pure cotton,

without any synthetic fibres.

If you value healthy feet and comfort

over perfect fit or durability

– they’re absolutely worth it.

3. Insole tip

– for summer especially

Frotte-style terry insoles

(preferably on coconut fibre base)

help absorb moisture and reduce odour.

They’re easy to replace and way more effective than synthetic ones.

What about antifungal

foot powders?

From time to time,

I’ve also used antifungal powders

with clotrimazole

–lately the

Clotrimazole

Absorbent

Dusting Powder

ATIRA

In my opinion

– and according to specialists

– powders like this are very effective

for a wide range of foot issues:

from excessive sweating to early fungal conditions.

They’re especially useful in work shoes,

when your feet spend the whole day

in warm,

non-breathable footwear.

In those situations,

a good antifungal powdercan work wonders.

But there’s a catch:

the powder leaves traces,

gets dusty,

and is definitely not guest-friendly

–if you take off your shoes,

you’ll leave little white “footprints” on the floor.

That’s why my personal tip:

Use the powder for work shoes,

but for everyday life and regular shoes,

I strongly prefer NABOOT Smell Solution.

It’s cleaner, discreet

– and just as effective.
