Cold? Flu? COVID?
Don’t worry.
You don’t need panic.
You need a simple plan.
People often say:
"Better to prevent
than to cure."
I believe there is a third moment that matters most — the moment you first notice something is not quite right.
A slightly scratchy throat.
The unusual tiredness.
Unexplained warmth, mild sweating, or a dry cough.
Something not quite right.
You don't know yet what it is.
But your body does.
At this stage, you don't yet know how the infection will develop.
But you can decide when to react.
Most people wait. I act early.
I call it The Flu-Fighter Method.
How the Flu-Fighter Method began
I started with Rutinoscorbin — a well-known European medicine combining rutin (rutoside trihydrate) and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). At standard doses it did very little during a real infection. Over time I worked out that only significantly higher doses made a real difference — but the number of tablets required was a psychological barrier most people would simply never cross.
For a while I made my own mix — measuring out rutin powder and vitamin C separately, combining them manually. It worked, but it was impractical as a daily habit and impossible to recommend to others.
Then I came across IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX — and it turned out to be exactly what I had been looking for.
The right compounds. The right amounts. In a single spoon.
Flu-Fighter.com is an independent platform. I have no affiliation with IGMA Lab Ltd (Ireland), the manufacturer of IGMA RUTIN ASCORBIC MAX, or igmani.uk, it's UK distributor. I recommend it because it works — not because I make it.
The Flu-Fighter Method
A simple two-part approach, applied at the very first sign of infection — or reasonable suspicion of one.
Part 1 — Systemic support
Rutin 250 mg + Vitamin C 1000 mg
Daily prevention: one level scoop per day, year-round — especially during flu season.
At first sign of infection: one heaped scoop, three times a day. Continue until symptoms clearly improve.
If you prefer tablets: Rutinoscorbin at 3–5 tablets, two to three times daily during infection.
The mechanism is the same — the dose just requires more commitment.

Part 2 — Local throat support
Strepsils Sore Throat & Blocked Nose (with levomenthol)
Levomenthol actively decongests the nasal passages, disinfects the throat and upper airways, and helps keep sinuses clear.
Used early — at the first scratchy throat — it supports recovery from the top down while IGMA RUTIN works from within.
Plus the basics during sickness— because they still matter:
Rest as much as possible.
Drink plenty of warm fluids.
Keep warm and avoid cold draughts.
Sleep is when your immune system does its heaviest work — prioritise it above everything else.
These are not optional.
The Flu-Fighter Method works with your body, not instead of it.
If symptoms persist or worsen — see a doctor.
A physician can assess whether prescription treatment is needed.
For influenza, doctors may prescribe antivirals such as oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or zanamivir (Relenza) — most effective when started within 48 hours of first symptoms.
For COVID-19, options include nirmatrelvir/ritonavir (Paxlovid) or molnupiravir (Lagevrio)
— again, early treatment is key.
This is precisely why early recognition matters.
The sooner you identify what you are dealing with, the more options — both natural and medical — remain available to you.
One more thing worth knowing
Hantavirus?
The 2026 MV Hondius outbreak showed that vascular threats from viruses are real and closer than we think.
Rutin's mechanism — strengthening blood vessel walls — is directly relevant.
I do not claim to cure diseases. I focus on early response and practical immune support — at the moment it matters most.
